My wireless cameras practice not piece of work if in that location is a power outage of any length of fourth dimension. Recently the ability went out for a minute. Everything cycled back on in the house except the cameras. I was told they would. Not anywhere in their advertizing does it say yous must reboot your arrangement. I bought into this as I travel and needed peace of heed my cameras would piece of work. How am I to reboot my organization if I'chiliad home for a calendar month?

Had the utmost respect for CPI prior to this year. That said, several months ago I was present at an associate's residence while one of their Techs were installing additional equipment. Associate was on a month-to-month contract for approximately iii yrs at the time. The additional equipment was added with the option to pay in full at whatever time and the month-to-month contract was still in force. Immediately after CPI forwarded a contract to be signed via DocuSign which was never signed by my associate. At present CPI is subtly trying to enforce a bogus contract that was never fifty-fifty signed/accepted. They're also sending harassing emails/phone calls.
The artificial/declared contract sent past CPI is verifiably one sided and unconscionable on its face which is accounted unenforceable under the police force and should never have been forwarded in the offset identify due to the initial month to calendar month contract. In any event, CPI is even so taking payments out of acquaintance's account and refuses total payment for the additional equipment installed while threatening to report to the credit bureaus if monthly payments are non made and this should non be....

In Apr 28 the alarm system was non armed and my mom stay at dwelling. When she came back after walk the warning activated itself and the CPI agent sent a police force.
It is at present May fifteen and Brittney who is the simply person who handles the false alarm didn't telephone call until today who was not able to attain me out. When I recollect she message the customer care saying that she'll telephone call me back afterwards the call she was treatment. I called back after twenty minutes. Guess what! She went home! And I got and then upset at Jazmin that my words that I can hear her little express mirth. When I said, "I tin hear you are laughing" she finish. And while I was talking she kept giggle.

Quick response for alert. Repairs are quick when needed. Repairs were accurate and at no cost. Monitoring did non crave a landline. They provided a split system for the basement and main level. The basement remained armed, while upstairs could be disarmed. Very prissy characteristic for us.

I have cancelled the monitoring service for few months as we have no plans to exit and due to covid working from home, but I have noticed that CPI has locked my login id as well for mobile app, now I cannot access lock/unlock master door or adjust the thermostat using CPI in touch app. As I know people who have not even taken CPI monitoring service could access the CPI app in our Community whereas I paid for i year of monitoring service but when I cancelled the service now they revoke my admission to login to CPI app
Equally I understood at time of buying this house even if don't take the CPI monitoring service one would still be able to apply the CPI app as far as I see about of them do in this community as they did not accept the monitoring service. This shows how CPI customer support target the customer who has cancelled the service without the contract and all investment on their equipment are wasted. Please review before y'all take CPI service you lot will be in trouble though you have non on their contract.

They have ample sales staff and express customer support staff. Waiting 45 minutes is non acceptable when you get an immediate response through the sales team. The people of the sales team were very professional person, just CPI CHOOSES to understaff customer support. FIX YOUR CALL Centre.

I was excited to accept a smart home and so was told, "We can't requite you access to your doorbell for some other month unless you sign up for our total service now and nosotros tin be out tomorrow to install." This should have been the first red flag. Needless to say, I made the horrible determination to sign up. I thought what tin can be bad nigh having a security system. I was greeted by Sid who gave me all the details and we proceeded. I signed up for what he told me was a one year contract at a specified rate. Sid also informed me I could cancel at whatever time providing the equipment was paid off.
For the next three months they connected to get my account information incorrect. I requested three times for the payoff amount of the equipment and was told they would get it to me. Guess what, that never happened. Instead, I got a letter of the alphabet from a police firm stating I now owed over $3000 for breach of contract because it's a five-year contract and they do not care what their employee told me about the equipment and they would non honor it even with proof showing our conversations. DO NOT Ever Utilize THIS Visitor!!!

We have used this company for 1 yr at present. Nosotros are not happy with the product. At nighttime on the camera I tin can't encounter anything in my house. I acknowledge they will phone call when the alarm is triggered. We have a different company and nosotros will return to our previous company. Nosotros wanted to requite CPI a chance to support them still we are dissatisfied.

RUN AWAY FROM CPI SECURITY. I've been a Member with Cpi since 2013 where they got me is on the long term contract. The sales associate came into my firm, installed the alarm system and camera and slipped a long term contract. My error was I didn't read the contract and just signed the paperwork which was my mistake. Subsequently a few months I got over with it and kept them as my alarm company, Which they were great until at present December 2019. I go a call from their acquaintance Chasity and she informs me my contract is about to run out and she wants to encounter what I want to do. I informed her I'k selling my sometime house and that I need to cancel my services and she informed me of a great special they have going on to see if I would take advantage of it in my new business firm.
Well notwithstanding once again I'thou promised the entire earth. Chasity promised me she will supersede my outdated locks that I purchased in 2013 to the newer ones at no cost. When the installer comes to my house on top of that I was already quoted a price and nothing was mentioned that I will be paying for a new keypad as I've already had an older one that the installer that came out to my old house to take my equipment out didn't take my keypad and I was informed I would become one for complimentary which is another lie. I paid for the packet that I actually didn't need every bit I've already paid for the parcel deal back in 2013. I did agree to pay for boosted keypad in my chief sleeping accommodation which I agreed, Mike who was the installer who was great from their visitor and was patient and worked his buns off to make sure I'm happy Cheers for your services.
Soo everyone please go elsewhere or get everything in writing as this visitor doesn't care most your safety as well. As I moved out my old firm the alarm organization was still active which was suppose to be asunder on Jan 7 2020, until the alert went off at my previous old house that I moved out that's when they cancelled my services at that residence. Luckily the people that bought my onetime business firm had my cell number. STAY Away AND GO WITH A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!
